Booking It Through Thursday

Booking Through Thursday is a weekly meme about books and reading. Brough to you by http://preternaturalprimer.blogspot.com/ This week's question is:

What’s the largest, thickest, heaviest book you ever read? Was it because you had to? For pleasure? For school?

The Largest Book I have ever read was Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell. It has 959 pages in it. I read it for just for fun.

  3. I have never read this, but loved the movie. I'm not sure which is the longest but Anna Karenina and The Pillars are probably pretty close.

  4. That's probably my longest book also. I read it every year starting when I was about 15 till I was 26 or 27 (and had enough money to start buying new books on a regular basis).
